'Room was spotless, staff very helpful and friendly especially after the fact that a tornado had hit the town 2 days earlier… would definitely stay there again!'

'Initial customer service was lacking. We checked in during shift change (3pm) was told to "wait" and then proceeded to hear a personal conversation between the two employees. I felt like I was intruding. In room amenities were poor (coffee). Only one bedside lamp, curtains did not close properly (broken). '

'It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. 'The floor of the room, was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches laying on the floor. Cleaning in between was not done properly, hairs in bathroom were not removed. The swimming pool was closed for the season while the temperature outside was far over 90 degrees.'
