'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'Parking is right outside your room. A&W is right beside so easy food. While the outside looks...iffy...the room was immaculate and comfortable, free wifi, Roku TV and spacious washroom. The queen size bed was a dream to sleep in. Nice bonus of minifridge, microwave and coffee maker.'
