'The hotel was in a great location, close to the main shopping area and restaurants. The property was very clean however a few things were in slight disrepair such as the soap and shampoo dispensers and our door to our room did not close all the way automatically and it was sticking, likely due to the age of the property and the humidity. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Be sure to book parking straight away when you book your room as there are very few parking spaces...

'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

Noisy and ineffective wall AC. Only one light in the bedroom. Poor quality soaps. Door did not shut properly, needs reshimming. No elevator to second floor. Positive side, room was large but no sofa/ side chairs. Room was clean. Management gave a partial refund for the very unsatisfactory night stay.'
