'We had a perfect 2 nights there!'

'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'The coffee maker didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. Staff did nothing about it. '

'The room was perfect. The event we came to town for was cancelled at the last minute and had it not been for cute room we booked at the hotel the trip would have been a total bust.'

'Needs maintenance, dirty run down, & needs updating. Reserved suite room, booked for 4 people, said sleeps 4 people, but that was not a hideaway bed, but 2 rollaway cots, we had to even ask for... BUT...did not say that...'

'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'This is a beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tucson. For me the best feature was the hiking trail just opposite the property. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The food was excellent as well. '
