'Cleaning staff was very friendly every time I encountered them. Loved my suite and the bed was comfortable. During a hot August stay the AC worked well in such a big room. My only complaint would be the shower. The building clearly shows its age with the old shower, which has a semi-disgusting rusty moldy ventilation shaft that hovers by your head while you shower in a dimly lit tub. Other than that everything else was A+. '
