'No breakfast. Very dirty parking lot. Shower had no shower head! The water was so backed up it was up to my calves. There was one roll of TP…but just sat there and not on the holder. I have a service dog. The manager harassed me for 15-20 minutes because he didn’t see where I indicated tht when I booked on Expedia. I left a night early because I was so upset. 'A little disappointed to arrive 5 hours past check in time and still have to wait 45 minutes before our room was ready. Our room was clean, but the sink faucet was loose, the fire alarm was not installed, and the morning coffee and advertised breakfast were non-existent. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but this property has a ways to go to approach Wyndham standards.'

'I didn't like anything about the stay. Mattress had pee stains on them and cigarette holes. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies'

'I asked a room that don't need to use the stairs because of my walking difficulties when I book this hotel but they don't give that. They only clean our room after we checked in. We wait for so long to clean our room. There's a lot of bed bugs. I got a lot of bed bugs bite. Don't stay at this hotel.'

'Scrupulously clean but smaller than expected and more an air b&b than a VRBO. It was in an older neighborhood and not at all luxurious which is why we always use VRBO. Parking for two cars was also difficult. Finally the host was VERY slow to respond and not at all friendly. He did not provide access instructions until check in time. We also had to ask separately for the WiFi information. We will not stay there again. '

'Lovely, modern, recently remodeled place in a quiet neighborhood. Good location, close to the Naval Hospital and Old Town. Kitchen is great and there are dishes, utensils, and a knife set. However, you will have to bring some basics like foil and plastic wrap yourselves, but Food Lion is just up the street. Dining seating is limited, but it worked for the three of us.
