'Onze kamer keek uit op de rivier. Jammer dat de ramen niet schoon waren. Teleurstellend dat er geen flesje water af kon. Duidelijk bezuinigd op hele kleine extras. Geen french vanilla koffie melk of andere smaken. Koffie soms koud. Keuze ontbijt minder dan bij andere vergelijkbare hotels. Geen rozijnen en noten. '

'Checked into the room after walking into a lobby that smelled like mildew/mold. That was my mistake. I should’ve turned around and left then except they had already charged me at 3 p.m. for my room. The room was filthy, and there were blood stains on the curtains and again the room smelled like mildew. I went directly back to the front desk and told them that I was not going to stay. They refuse to refund my money. My best advice is do not stay in this hotel'
