'The room was very small and not as shown in the photos. Not worth the high amount we paid for the room. We had dinner at 4 Ducks restaurant in the hotel. Four of us went. One of our guests does not eat fish so there were only 2 options on the menu she could order. $40 for a small bowl of pasta. The services in the restaurant, Bellman and front desk reception were all very polite courteous. We were disappointed in this property. '

'We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed....

'room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t...
