'The elevator was not working so after getting up to the fourth floor, we had to walk down four flights of steps to leave which was rough with luggages. The front desk staff was very helpful during this time.'

'No power when we arrived. Supposedly it was a grid problem, but the neighbors had power so I’m not sure. There are some serious maintenance issues like shelves in the bathroom barely hanging on the wall, as well as the top board on the stairs being very loose creating a severe tripping and safety concern. The place really needs some deep cleaning. Cracks in caulking in bathrooms, filthy baseboards, smoke detectors hanging from ceilings, and inconsistent messaging between the message in the app...

'We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay....from breathtaking sunsets to amazing wildlife. The location was perfect for visiting Louisana....close to New Orleans and not to far from Baton Rouge... The beds and couch were extremely comfy and we loved coming home for the day and just hanging out playing pool and board games.... The host and staff were very nice and always available. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!'

'Scam ! We never received information on how to check in . Made several calls and no one had any information. Pulled up to the property (a duplex ) with shoes sitting outside the door. The neighbor came out & in his exact words “assured “ us that this property was unavailable. '
