'Todo muy bonito y muy bien atendida.'

'Exactly as advertised! Great setup and grateful that the unit had a washer/dryer to be able to get some laundry done. The only con is that you have to give your key to the front desk when you’re leaving the property but I had no issues picking it back up. Would recommend!'

'The room was good, it’s a bit small but functional. The location is excellent, so for first time visitors it’s a good place to start.'

'Clean, ample sized room with kitchenette, small refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary utensils, a coffee maker with coffee and tea, and a washing machine, On site small gym and coffee shop. Convenient but not congested location with many shops and restaurants within a mile. A very enjoyable stay!'

'Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location'

'Everything was great. Will be back'

'It was a great stay'

'Excellent'

'Friendly staff, clean rooms, every day the room was cleaned. In walking distance of shops, bus in front of accomodation en metro walking distance. With wheelchair good accessible. Had a good time! '

The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

'Quiet, respectful hotel with plenty of privacy, and not too cramped. The rooms are small and personable, but the bunk interiors are huge and private. Way better than being stacked like a commodity in a grocery aisle. Nice mix of local and travellers.'

'A great place for a great price. Lately hotels in Tokyo are abusively expensive. This place had a reasonable price for us. It had also quick access to 2 train stations and on a walk able distance to Sky tree. The entrance of my apartment had a weird smell but the rest of the room was clean and mostly looked like new. I recommend this place to stay with family or friends.'

'Muy buena ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca'

'This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...
