'If there were a way to order room service through the app to your room, I would have ordered a few times over my stay. I couldn’t figure out how to view the room service menu or how to order, but I loved my stay either way.'

'The staff were excellent but the property was not. I usually book based on reviews and I am not sure how the reviews on this place were so good. This hotel was not nice and when we checked in our room had hair all over the pillows and sheets and blood on the sheets. We were moved to another room but definitely would not ever stay here again. 'Tijdens onze rondreis was dit het duurste hotel en dan verwacht je ook iets. Om positief te beginnen, het zwembad. Het ontbijt, was eenvoudig continental ontbijt waarbij alles ruim aanwezig was. Bedden sliepen goed. Het hotel en de kamers waren overdatum! Bij aanvang koffie voor 1 persoon wat ook niet meer aangevuld is. Deuren sloten niet goed, badkamerdeur kon niet dicht, schimmel bij de voegen. We konden letterlijk verstaan wat er in de kamer naast ons gezegd werd. .'

'Only if I can give a negative number... Highly disappointed solo traveler. Only good about hotel was AC worked properly. The only thing that looks like the pictures from the website is the lobby. Random homeless people walking around at all times of night. Kids outside running the halls and walkways screaming after midnight. Disgusting common areas where people dumped trash cig butts and let their dog poop where ever. Don't NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING SOLO OR WITH CHILDREN, PAY A LITTLE...

'The AC unit in our room was extremely loud every time it turned on, and woke us up each time. We had 3 horrible nights of sleep. The breakfast was mediocre at best. If you’re going to offer a proper breakfast including eggs, please include bacon, not other random sausages. The pastries were dry etc. 2nd Homewood Suites we’ve stayed at this tip with this issue. Not planning to stay at one again.'
