'The hotel is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from the port. It is very clean, with plenty of great restaurants and bike rental shops nearby. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely go out of their way to make sure guests are taken care of. Every time we came downstairs, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed anything or had any questions. They were always happy to help with ferry schedules, bus information, and recommendations around the island....

'Accomodation look nice at first impression, but sadly mattresses were very weak and room was noisy. Staff seemed indifferent and gave wrong price for bbq rental, when paying price was doubled. No coffee included with breakfast option. '

'We came to this hotel and this beach because it is known for sea turtles. My wife and I took turns snorkeling in the bay directly from the beach. We did not do a boat tour and talk to anyone about their location. On the second day while I was snorkeling in 5 feet of water approximately 30 feet from the beach I saw the first turtle eating off the ocean floor. I was startled to see it so close and was in awe of how beautiful it was. I assume the turtles are used to seeing snorkeling humans...

'The staff was very nice, gave me some local recommendations even without me asking! Not a fan of the whole guest house experience, but it's nice to have a private room at least. Kinda feels like, as the name suggests, i'm just in someone's house and didn't like how i had to walk by people to go to the restroom l'

'Parking was close and convenient especially due to rain. Room was clean and had the convenience of a suite with all that you need for a long stay. Beautiful view of the ocean! Renting the additional pots and pans, rice cooker, chinaware and utensils was very reasonably priced. I only wished it had more closet, or shelf space. So we wouldn't have to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very kind, accomodating and very helpful. We would love to stay there again!'

'I wouldn’t recommend staying here, unfortunately we couldn’t make our stay due to a typhoon as all of the ferries were cancelled for that week, only known to us when we arrived in Okinawa. Not only did the owner not refund us but we could only communicate through Expedia themself as the owner didn’t answer any of our messages.'
