'Lobby area is clean and neat.. basic. Room lacks basic soap, shower gel, the iron!! I booked twice this month because of my son’s graduation. First time was OK. Second time is now!! Manager is horrible, knows nothing about hospitality and hotels!! I believe her name is Victoria, asked her if I can check out an hour late, she said it’s always a No. I came to the room and no iron, no shampoos or any piece of soap, dirty towels in the kitchen, I called, she told me there’s no room service...

'Stay was comfortable, only complaint is that housekeeping wouldn’t come to clean until later in day. One day I we were out from 9am-4:30pm and housekeeping had just gotten to the room. Another day was a similar experience where we were gone from 10am-2pm and no housekeeping. Also had to request bedding change'

'Letterlijk geen oog dicht gedaan. Kamer 209 toegewezen gekregen, deze kamer zit naast een AC installatie. Non-stop produceert deze lawaai en hierdoor kun je gewoon niet slapen, geluid komt zelfs door de oordoppen heen. Ons gezin heeft geen oog dichtgedaan. Personeel vond het ook niet kunnen, maar wijst de kamer wel toe. Klacht ingediend en nog niets van gehoord. '

'We had stayed overnight on the way south. This hotel was chosen for location and had good reviews. The place was clean, the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were given a room near the back entrance in close proximity to reach items from our vehicle. Stay was brief but good. The bed was very comfortable. We chose to stay again on the way back home and enjoyed this overnight stay as well. We will use this property again when traveling south. Thank you :)'

'We had 2 suites. One was excellent and the other smelled of old smoke and deodorizer. The 2 BR and 2 baths were very comfortable for our guests. Kitchen was decked out with coffee & tea. The pool was clean and fun with plentt of lounges and clean towels. I highly recommend this hotel.'

'The room we booked was NOTHING like the description on the site. One king bed and one pull out sofa that was supposed to be a full, however it was a twin. Couldn’t walk through the room with the pull out open. Room too small for one adult and one child and it was advertised to fit 4 people. Expedia online staff were difficult to deal with, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t change hotels. Absolutely horrendous customer service'

'I had a terrible stay. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and the bed and pillow was so uncomfortable that I barely slept. Also when I came down for coffee at 8:50am, the coffee container was empty and never refilled after I even told the front desk.'
