'I was a little upset the pool was out of service, but Natasha at the front desk was so amazing, truly one of the nicest and most considerate people I’ve ever met. She saved us with helping us check in. Couldn’t thank her enough. And when I asked for help later in the afternoon for a highchair for my son she didn’t fuss and didn’t question a thing, she helped me no questions asked and I couldn’t be more grateful. Staff really made this hotel stay worth it.'
