'The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the kindness of the staff that especially impressed me. I would definitely stay there again'

'Just returned from a 2 day stay - first time there (and last) hotel very very tired - room very basic - 2 adults one child and none of us had any sleep - children/adults running up and down corridors at night , no consideration for anyone else - the children’s entertainment was good but kept picking the same kids all the time leaving others out - 4/10'

'The hotel should ensure housekeeping standards are improved. In particular the finer details, the room(s) were looking a little tired around the edges, in particular the bathroom. While there were some issues with housekeeping, what makes a good stay great is the way it is resolved and the attitude of the team that works front of house. In this case the hotel team member Edward was above and beyond, understanding and empathetic, not defensive and making every effort to ensure a good stay. He...

'Wifi out of service in whole hotel, room not ready at arrival 3pm, diner almost 45 min. waiting. Windows in room not closing. Not Mercure hotel level !'

'The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...

'A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!'

'We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

'I enjoyed my stay clean very nice place'

Kamer 4 was stil. Waterkoker op kamer , geen sjampoo. Beetje vergane glorie hotel zoals heel blackpool is . Pizza express in blackpool heerlijke flinter dunne pizza's !...

Openen was onmogelijk.
