Kies je hotel in Stephens County

'Our family had an amazing stay from July 15–19! With 8 kids and 4 adults, this home was incredibly spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The home is beautifully decorated, and the amenities and thoughtful accessories provided made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short distance to the beautiful community pool, splash park, and close to Toccoa Falls, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our hostess was absolutely...

'The house was beautiful and homey, and was lovely to stay in! It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful and we had a great time working with them! Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.'

'This lakehouse was the perfect place to celebrate our second wedding anniversary—it truly became our happy place! The home was cozy, romantic, and welcoming, and we loved spending such a special weekend by the lake. Chas was a wonderful host, so kind and thoughtful. We left with beautiful memories and would love to return. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!'

'Excellent responsive host'

'Great place!! Our boys enjoyed the kayaks'

'This is a beautiful, little, quiet, quaint cabin tucked away in the woods. The decor was adorable and very inviting! The house felt warm and like home! The size was perfect for our family of four! Check-in and check-out were easy peasy! This is a great place to relax and unwind while still offering other activities within close proximity if you like to be a little more adventurous!'

'While my family was very excited to stay here, it simply was not as advertised. The yard looked like it hadn’t been cut in weeks, there were mouse traps (with droppings) in the kitchen, the home was nowhere near clean, the screen door was ripped to shreds, there were broken electrical outlets and holes in the floor covered with boards, the hot water wouldn’t even last long enough to fill the bath tub among, the home was VERY musty smelling and covered in dust, the outside trash bins were PACKED...

'Had a great experience! House is bigger than the pictures do justice. Great host, with great communication. If i had to critique anything there was only 2 tvs in the whole house that appeared to work, but we weren't there to really watch TV so no biggie. Can't recommend enough to anyone wanting a big super private property to there family. Would absolutely stay again!'

'Great space for us during a weekend visit to our "kids" in Toccoa. All was as listed, with good info about the home in a looseleaf. Would stay here again, especially in the summer! While the drought did impact the water levels, it is likely temporary. Thank you!'

'Very clean with various stay over amenities. It was mentioned prior to our stay that the circular staircase was steep and narrow, it was, so only I went up to the loft, carefully. For younger people it would be okay. Other than the steep property and stairs it was very comfortable though a bit off the beaten path for an overnight stay traveling south over a period of days.'

'Great weekend getaway with our dog. House is very new on the inside and nicely decorated. Very private lot'

'We had three generations of our family stay in the home. We all had a wonderful time. The game room and the theatre room (all generations loved the Minion movies) were huge hits all around! We actually created a “family Olympics” around all of the games in the game room. The grandchildren liked it so much that we did it a second day. Four of our grandchildren are teenagers to early 20’s, so to have that group like something that much was impressive!! Another positive of the property is the...

'The host was awesome. Property was great. No issues whatsoever. Nice to have water at the dock! Very quiet!'
