'Very quaint, nice and friendly hosts and we loved sleeping by the waterfall , oh and the breakfast was awesome!!!'

'I do NOT understand the good reviews of this property. We found the opposite to be factual. We found the property to be very much in need of some serious TLC. Some examples are rusted surrounds around the shower entrance, rust stains below the sink from a water leak, peeling and discolored paint, spider webs in multiple places in the bed and bath areas, and an atmosphere similar to hoarding throughout the inn. 'My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during our trip around North Georgia, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Helen, Brasstown Bald, and Blood Mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere and the breakfast provided. Having access to a bathtub and sauna was also a great bonus, especially for relaxing after a long day of hiking...

'The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Very quaint location and ideal getaway. The unit was clean and modern but full of charm. '

'Home was not cleaned, beds not bed, trash in the bathroom towels on the floor.'

'Incredible place to relax, I only used a small portion of it,.perfect place for large groups'

The bed was comfortably firm. The WiFi is good. It had a bit of a musty smell, the ac unit is noisy and the tv remote is attached to the nightstand. I guess it’s been lost once or...
