'What a spectacular place on so many levels! Our “cabin” was as luxurious as one can get with high end everything including heated floors, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and a wall of glass overlooking the snow covered woods. The breakfast included was amazingly delicious and diverse with the 2 lovely kitchen staff going above and beyond to offer me gluten free options such as a decadent chocolate brownie, muffins and French toast. 'Good sized room and plenty of parking accessible from the back. The breakfast had some gluten free options such as the eggs and sausage. I would recommend the hotel to mark the items for any allergies to make it easier for the guests to make their choice and maybe a few more gluten free items such as cereals would be very appreciated. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again. '

'My wife has issues with febreeze & air fresheners, we have an alert on our reservation for that. Given a room but it still had odor issues. Moved to another room that was great! Kudos to the staff for fixing this issue so quickly'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '
