Kies je hotel in Sullivan County

'The room was clean and neat, and the staff was ok. Parking was good.'

'Everything was a great experience! Had all the supplies needed to help enjoy ourselves. Great hospitality & greeting of a happy birthday sign and card, super thoughtful!'

'Immaculate property, friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast included and reasonable rate makes this inn my go to place to stay in the area.'

'Ok so here are the Pros! The hotel was clean, comfortable beds, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The Cons! This place needs a major renovation! The place is dated from like the 70’s, old, and dingy. The receptacles were falling out of the wall which is in fact an electrical hazard! The front door was hard to get into because this place still uses physical keys! Yes absolutely NO fob keys. The Popcorn ceilings didn’t help as well as the old furniture, old appliances, and there wasn’t...

'Beautiful property, kind staff and space to explore.'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'Room was very clean 👌 wonderful staff highly recommended!!! Will be staying there again in the future. Pool & whirlpool A++'

'I want to be clear: I love this place! Though it is clearly lacking the proper leadership to truly activate the amenity value add.. the spa services are expensive and be sure to book that dinner or there will not be enough food for you to eat and the area doesn’t have good food. Love the surrounding property / lake / hiking trail.. I’ll continue to come back but bring extra stuff along in my car bc they might not be able to accommodate some of your needs..'

'Beds are terrible.'

'Renovations and improvements, along with staff members are exeptional'

'It has a very rundown feel. The room had a strong musty smell. I wouldn't stay there again.'

'If you plan to stay here, be sure to ask if there are any weddings planned for your weekend. The weekend we were there, there were two weddings. Consequently we were unable to eat the restaurant, go to the bar or even have breakfast on Sunday morning. The pool house rooms are basically spruced up Motel rooms that seem to have been built in the 1960's. I can't speak to the other rooms on the property though. It does seem like a beautiful venue for a wedding, but we were just there hoping to enjoy...

'Staff was not very friendly. Room was dirty and need to be updated. Some things in the bathroon are damaged and.or cracked. Breakfast was very simple'

'Everything appeared clean and all as expected. My problem was about 5 steps in the door I thought I might be going though the floor. There was a soft spot in the floor that really caught me off guard and I almost tripped. In the bathroom, the tub faucet was leaking and dripping very loud which was just annoying after driving all day. I placed a washcloth over top of it so it would hang down and buffer the noise. When I woke up the next morning the washcloth had brown stains on it like I used it...
