'Rooms were clean. The waterpark was good, a bit crowded in the hot pool that leads to outside but it was okay. They told me that they were understaffed when I went with my family spring break week. Also many of the attractions (water and dry) were either not open or we were told it would open much later in the day. Little dining options.'

'Hotel was really nice, so clean and breakfast was great! Coffee bar was excellent! Only complaint would be the hotel let people rent out the pool and my family & our guests who stayed at the hotel with us weren’t able to use the pool. Plus it was quite wild in there so it was not appropriate for families & young children. We would definitely come back again!'

'The room was clean but staff was not as friendly as expected for a hotel they didn’t even greet you unless you greeted them first.'

'The property is very clean and peaceful. The staff is nice. We only had breakfast on the property and it was great. The food was fresh. I had pancakes and syrup and the syrup did not taste like sugar. The juice bar was not open and the cafe could use more options though.'

'Rooms and common areas need updating. Refrigerator in room was extremely loud. Pillows were terrible. Everything was very clean though and staff was helpful.'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.'
