'A picture paints a thousand words., which is why we chose this house. BIG mistake.On arrival the lawn hadn’t been watered for a long time. The lawn was an overgrown mass of weeds. Once inside it ‘appeared’ fairly good. Once back from our lunch the negatives started poking their heads out.First was one of the dining chairs appeared to be stained. Like someone had wet their pants and just sat there. (Dining chairs were material covered). Second was the Bathroom ceiling was falling down AND mouldy....

'Great greeting, Peter and Astra were so gracious explaining the amenities and hotel Room was exceptional with a river view and lounge access - all wonderful. The included breakfast buffet delicious and varied. Concierge helped with luggage and a quick overview to kings park etc which made me hope to return. Perth is a beautiful, clean city with lots to see and do - highly recommend. '

'Fijn hotel om te verblijven. Echter was onze kamer twee niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf. Toen wij dit aangaven, werd er net gedaan alsof dit aan ons lag. Buiten dit geen negatieve dingen over het hotel en hebben we een erg fijn verblijf gehad.'

'Hotel in buurt van Kingspark, openbaar vervoer in de buurt, vriendelijk personeel. Kamers klein maar groot genoeg, vond de ramen ter grote van hele muur erg leuk. '

'Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf vliegveld. Ligt ook op de route naar Perth CBD. Mooi zwembad en goed restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk personeel'

'The room is big enough but the condition of the bathroom isn't good. Toilet flushing isn't working good. Air conditioner is dirty and makes a lot of noise. Television is wall mounted but not in front of seats of bed. '

'Room had all that we required, close to shops and servos, close to Sandleford Estate for concert we went too. Staff on checking in were pleasant. Thank you and we will be back. '
