'I was placed in the older property next door, Royal Court. Facility is not well maintained, room is musty, fixtures are old, rug is dirty. Outside carpeting on walkways is moldy and cigarette burned. Stairwells not mopped. Front staff was very nice, but I wouldn't stay here again.'
