'They are doing construction, which begins at 6am! At a casino! Most people have only been asleep for a few hours at that time. I work for a hotel and we would never do any renovations or new building before 9am, and we are definitely not a late night spot like Turning Stone. The least they could have done was to let me know at checkin that there will be big trucks revving and backing up (with the corresponding beeping noise) and dudes on the roof right outside yelling down to the ground below....

'Our stay was so great, that we booked it another night. We never had a failed trip at Turning Stone. Our itinerary when we come is chill by the pool, play at the casino and just chill, and we get to do that. We come from Kahnawake QC, Canada to visit. We book every year when Syracuse Nationals come up in July!'

'Clean room and bath, comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Easy heat, A/C, fan controls.'

'Physical property was fine. Nice basic accommodations but we were kept awake from 1:30-5am by some very rowdy teenagers across the hall and beside us. Took a while for property security to do anything about it and made for a very long day without sleep. '

'Would have appreciated tissues in the bathroom. Using toilet paper to blow my nose was rather uncomfortable. Ice machine was broken. But other than that, the room was clean and comfortable which is very important at this price point. '

'1) A maintenance person had to let us OUT of our room. The door would not open from inside. He did come to our aid as soon as I called the front desk, but it as been that way all night- a serious safety hazard. 2) Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7. It was still being set up at 7:20. 3) Our room was clean and warm, which was why they still got a 3. '

'For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff -...

'Manager not there when I tried to check in at 11pm. He showed up fifteen minutes later. Was charged extra $100 stated it will be returned but hasn't yet. Room was freezing even though we turned the heater on. Never warmed up the room Bed was comfortable and managed to keep us warm. '
