'This property is absolutely beautiful inside and out! I loved the trail they have and the flower garden they have for the bees.We stayed there the weekend of our wedding and we were 100% impressed. Our grandchildren loved the outside games that were available to them. We will definitely book this property again'

'This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable.'

'Our stay here was amazing!! The cottage is so cute, and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The cottage has everything you would need, and there were even kayaks to take out on the lake to enjoy. It had a pretty view and a safe neighborhood. It is a good location for going to Niagara or Buffalo as well. '

'Dan and Christa were super cool. Finn the dog was the best greeter ever. The place was not only a quaint B&B, it was a landmark in the community, and an example of the lifestyle and tranquility of upstate living. It was certainly an experience to remember! '

'We enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped for all our needs, outdoor space is great, and hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. Very quiet neighborhood in a cute town. Property owner was quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. andsueverythin'

'Val the owner thought of everything you will need. The Inn was very clean and quiet. The walking trail next to it is nice. It’s cute watching the daycare kids from next door walking up it. Val the owner lives up front. She keeps an eye on the property to make sure all her guests are safe. We also used the patio and enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful stay lots of lazing around and just being. No major malfunctions just a couple minor things it would have been great it there was central are or one more window unit for the bottom floor but other than that we all had a wonderful time '
