'The room was okay but the bedding had a lot of stains. There were no closets and the rooms were very very basic. Bathroom was okay and everything was very dated. All the points are for the view alone! It's absolutely beautiful and it made up for everything the room lacked. If the property was updated and me maintained better it could easily become a 5 ⭐ place.'

'Building needs some TLC and updates. While in the common area of the B&B at night we could hear lots of scratching in the walls and then we did see a mouse. The breakfast was just okay. Having stayed at several B&Bs this breakfast was probably on the bottom of my list. The office where we checked in smelled like cigarettes. I would probably not stay here again. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely near the bottom.'

'The room was very clean. The bed was made before we got back to our room. The bathroom was clean. Be careful in the parking lot, you may roll into the lake. Basically, it’s all in the name!'

'Beautiful home and very cozy. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to do.. games indoor and outside, sitting rooms, and a porch overlooking the lake with plenty of seating. Marcus was a great host and the staff were wonderful. Beautiful grounds and view and the rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable.'

'Beautiful inn with great views of Lake Seneca from the big front porch. Very clean and beautifully renovated with light and soothing colors. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.'
