'The hotel looked like it was in the process of being updated. Our room was a bit old fashioned and there weren’t many additional outlets for charging. The pool was a bit of a let down. The hot tub was blocked off and the bottom of the pool felt crumbly. Towels were definitely in need of replacing. The food was great though. The lobster ravioli was heaven. Other than pizza, wasn’t much for the kids to eat. '

'It is a great place to stay, in a beautiful Harbor and view, with excellent staff, property is very well maintained. No complaints. We will return soon to enjoy this hotel again'

'Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...

'It was a nice area. The manager/owner was pleasant. Room was small, but cozy. Heater either got too warm or too cold. Back and forth.'

'We stayed at the cabin recently for a fishing trip. It was the perfect cozy spot. Very easy to come and go and Allison/Michael were very accommodating with our checkout time. All the necessities were there that we needed and it was very clean.'

'The house was perfect and in a perfect location.. it’s a short walk to the heart of Alex bay .. walk to Uncle Sam boat tours and all the shops and restaurants… Bruce the owner of the house was great and made our stay very comfortable.. we will be back next year 😊'

'This 3rd flr apartment had so much character due to the age of the building. Old cabinets and doors made it so charming, with a unique step-up seperate entrance to the private balcony, which offered amazing views of the St. Lawrence! It was spacious yet cozy, very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Thomas was great to communicate with and provided all necesseties and information needed. We visit Clayton often and this was our favorite place! We can't wait to go back. ...
