'Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds and well kept gardens with outdoor seating with tables. Rooms light and bright, large comfortable bed, bath, shower everything that you need. Decor throughout hotel was excellent with dining area for evening meal with good choice of menu. Breakfast room was light and airy with pleasant views to the gardens. Staff always seemed very pleasant and helpful, rooms cleaned and fresh towels and bed linen. An enjoyable stay.'

'Het hotel is ons erg goed bevallen. Het is vlakbij het vliegveld, maar je kunt alleen van het vliegveld naar het hotel en andersom per taxi. Vanaf het vliegveld moet je hiervoor naar het hotel bellen. Het hotel zelf is vrij luxe. Wij hadden bijvoorbeeld met 2 personen 2x een tweepersoonsbed. Ook was het erg netjes. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en ook het ontbijt is van goede kwaliteit. Ik zou hier zeker weer naar toe gaan als ik weer in Manchester ben.'

'Het hotel is een goed verblijfhotel voor of na een vlucht op Manchester Airport. Het (onafhankelijk - apart te betalen) restaurant is naar kwaliteit voedsel ok, maar de bediening is nogal chaotisch. De hotelshuttle werd bij de boeking niet bekend gemaakt, maar bestaat wel degelijk. Dat kostte dus een taxi die overbodig was.'

'We arrived earlier than check-in time. The staff at the lodge allowed us to keep our bags on site. We felt very comfortable doing so. The people on site helped us with navigation and transportation options for the area. Pub on site. No food. But, we had a great time chatting with the locals about our trip. Felt very safe here.'

'We have just got home from a wonderful night at Ash farm . Fantastic service from Janice David and Christian they could not do enough for us. Our room was lovely we had the garden room. Not overly big but very quaint The setting is so beautiful.i would highly recommend here to anyone . Our only negatives and they are only small is we'd have liked it if they'd had 1 dog friendly room and the garden room is beautiful but it backs onto the breakfast room. 'Lovely room, very clean, check in is super easy and the tea and coffee facilities in the room are great. There was even a little fridge which I loved! And Netflix available which is always a bonus. Comfy bed and plenty of tables and seating.'

'This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. 'Nice place. Bigger and nicer than expected. Comfy bed. Big room with a sofa and space to eat / watch TV. Powerful hot rainfall shower. Two loos. Small kitchen area with a hob and small oven. Toaster. Kettle. Few nice bits left to use including shower items and kitchen essentials. Few issues contacting owner as they were locked out of app but extremely helpful by phone. £10 into city in an Uber. Secure parking. '

Bij de check-out was er echter niemand te bekennen en gaf de schoonmaakster uiteindelijk in gebrekkig Engels aan dat ik de sleutel op de balie achter kon laten. De meeste kamers zijn alleen met een trap bereikbaar. De kamer was netjes en ruim, het bed was ook prima. De badkamer was vrij krap, maar wel schoon. Er hing geen stopcontact in de badkamer.
