'clean room, helpful staff'

'Wonderful stay'

'Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.'

'Whether by design or a future commodity they plan to implement, it should be noted that there are no televisions in the rooms. There is, however, a community television at the end of the halls. Normally this would not be an issue thanks to WiFi, but their WiFi would only connect to one device at a time and each time we would use the WiFi on another device, it would boot the previous device. Overall, the stay was pleasant and you can tell they take great pride in their establishment. The staff...

'Nice space in nature. Clean.'

'Beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Autumn went out of her way to help us. Can't wait to come back!'

'Room was super clean, plenty of room too. Breakfast was great and really friendly staff!'

'Extremely beautiful property with as little or as much as you want to do. On-site restaurant was fantastic & close enough to Hendersonville is you want to switch it up. The staff is extremely attentive & made our stay amazing'

'Standard clean room. Good breakfast.'

'The room was clean , except the furniture , chairs were stained and frayed . I didn’t sit on them . And there were only 2 towels and pillows were in poor condition. Also my room was on the first floor near the lobby and elevator . Noisy .'

'Was ruim van formaat en goed ongedeelt. Behoorlijke keuken faciliteiten'

'Ok so far. Still waiting for them to refund the $50.00 deposit to my credit card.'

'I didn't like the fact the front desk was never manned, that I had to go to the night window for any help and then had to ring in through a front door Ring setup. We arrived a couple of hours early and was told that check-in was @ 3:00. When we went back at 3:40 noone was there. When I pressed on the Ring setup someone answered and asked if I would wait 20 minutes for someone to show. I had a hard time understanding them through the Ring speaker, and finally I said that was unacceptable. By...

'We were thrilled at the effort the Holiday Inn Express made to make the stay positive and unique. Bacon for breakfast, coffee machines that made each cup individually, and a very helpful staff were some of the added perks of staying here. Rooms were quite, comfortable, and well equipped.'
