'We stayed at the resort for 5 nights. The room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the resort was understaffed. We ordered room service and because they didn't have enough staff scheduled we had to walk about 8 minutes each way through the Casino to pick it up ourselves.
