'First we called to the hotel to let them know that we would check in around 11 PM. She was rude because she could not find my reservation and told me 3 times that I had no reservation. 'Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. '
