'I was very happy with my stay and think this is an excellent choice for people only needing one night if they are flying in/out of Kolkata due yo its proximity to the airport. My only criticism was the confusion regarding a late night pickup that I organised as this caused undue stress and a very long delay. The manager was very apologetic, but I recommend they improve the airport transfer system.'

'Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel.'
