'On our second day we left at approx 8am to see the town. We returned approx 5pm and our room was not cleaned; ok we don't care about the bed and we're clean people anyway but our wet towels were still i the bath tub. We reported it, no clean towels...great thing is, the pool provides towels so we just took a bunch from their. We get that people gets busy but we reported it at 5pm then again at 9pm...luckily the pool closes at 9. Sure hang things to dry; the BR has 1 hanger so when you add swim...

'We have been coming for years and always have an amazing stay. This time was excellent as usual!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. Balcony room with a pool view is always our favorite. Our room was perfect and the pool is always clean and heated. The provided towels and the pool bar are the reasons we love hanging out there. Great food and drinks!! Amazing girls working. We were there during the heat wave and spent 4 days by the pool!!!
One of the manager brought us cookies at the pool ...
