'the staff are so pleasant and greet you upon arrival with a smile and precise process. we have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. the breakfast Sunday morning was delicious. our family celebrated at the end of the event on the RoofTop which is beautiful (scene, service and sincere staff) we will be back.'

'I’m not one to complain but, there was dog pee on the nightstand!! And it was on the floor too, my daughter stepped in it! She went to wash her foot and the handle on the bathtub broke off!!! The bed was dirty, they definitely didn’t wash the sheets! The was hair, black specks, and crusty food on the blankets!! Do not recommend!!!'

'Room super clean , staff extremely nice and helpful, parking is available 👍. Having stayed here multiple times for extended days, I find it hard to over look the ice machines to be out of service on several floors and pool and spa are not working nor is any work being done on them, must ask staff for water, none left in room. For price believe property needs better management IMO .'

'All was great except for the breakfast .. especially the 2nd day of our stay 7/26. The bacon was not Done! It was clearly visible. The staff lady refused to cook it more. Plus, no offerings of any sweet rolls. Coffee ran out and she was no where to be found. Plus just her overall lack of concern.'

'What an incredible surprise. This spot exceeded all my expectations, the room itself rivals a stay at the four seasons. Pet friendly is an understatement— this was a perfect spot for us. I wish we could have stayed longer!!'
