Parking in West Jefferson is no problem, so although it is a walkable distance to town, driving is a little more convenient. The owners were very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. We will definitely stay here again in the future.'

I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. 'The upstairs one bedroom was great although the steps took some effort. The open living room, kitchen and dining room gave plenty of room to spread out. The porches on each end really added a nice touch as well as the fire pit and stack of fire wood. The walkway to the creek was well done and gave easy access. There was nothing to really complain about but I would mention the water pressure was not high even when we were the only ones staying but the hot water was truly and pleasantly hot. We...

'Looks like a big beautiful grassy yard in the pics but there's no yard... only a gravel parking area. Toilet is messed up with water turned off in the master bedroom/bathroom main floor. Really enjoyed our stay just wish we had room to do things outside. Awesome stay other than that!'
