'Everything about the hotel was normal, decent continental breakfast, good tv, etc. My biggest complaint was that my floors were never mopped, swept, etc. Kept finding long black hairs in the bathroom mainly, but a few out in the room too. It also would help to have a remote that allowed you to type in a channel instead of having to keep hitting next/back through all the channels.'

'The staff was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the entire building smells like smoke. The halls and inside our guest room, sheets, towels. Everything was embedded with it. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn’t the best option. Also the walls were super thin, lots of noise. I hate to leave negative notes, but for health reasons some of you might need this info.'

'A more unique retreat in KY situated in the middle of nowhere along/near The Bourbon Trail will not be found. This hobbit/gnome themed outdoor resort is at first stunning and then you begin to realize all the work that must have gone into it and all the thought that went into the details/design. 'Very comfortable. All the extras you would need, shampoo conditioner body wash. Paper products. Coffee and Snacks. Dish soap. Etc. Hostess was great and reachable. Very clean. No closet ,one dresser. Enjoyed the DVDs. Plenty of towels fir shower. Road a bit bumpy but drivable. Enjoyed my stay.'
