'Crap hotel. How did the Radisson put their name behind it? Itchy sheets, awful mattress, horrendous breakfast, paper plates, plastic cutlery, everything throwaway. What did I Pay so much for?? Never staying there again. '

'Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the installation of a new thermostat for the room. It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system. '

'I love staying here. The room is always clean and tidy, they check on you everyday or every other day and see if you need clean towels or toilet paper and they will take your dirty towels also. It is wonderful. I wish there was an easier way to reset the cards whenever you pay for another night but other than that, this place is always my go to. All of the workers are friendly. 'Room was clean, hotel was quiet, and when I checked out, I realized hours later I'd left my power brink in the hotel room. The housekeeping staff had turned it in and I was able to get it back. Thank you for your honesty! '

'The tv did not work (turned on and there was volume but no picture) and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. The room temperature was decent but anytime we walked out to our car we had to pass a smoking area, which was disgusting. '
