' The property was clean and very quiet, which I truly appreciated. However, one aspect of the stay left me feeling disappointed. I had booked the vacation for myself and two other family members and their families. I paid extra for a 2-bedroom unit, while they each booked 1-bedroom units. Upon arrival, I was informed that both of my family members had been upgraded to 2-bedroom units—one of which was significantly larger than the unit I had originally paid extra for. While I understand upgrades...

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '
