'The shower is as stated on another review. it is warm but I was there on one of the hottest weeks so it was perfect. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers, bring some disposable tupperware or ziploc bags, bottled water and ice.We also hung fly strips outside so that they didn't enter the home. We enjoyed it.'

'Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.'

'The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. '

'The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!'

'Location was great'

'This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!'

'Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! '
