'Our bedroom was tastefully decorated and clean. It was a spacious room, with a good ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding. The breakfast menu was exrensive, with some great options. Our food was well cookwd and tasty. All of the hotel.staff were friendly, professional and helpful'

'First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot.
