The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?!
Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...

"Schoon en netjes, maar sommige dingen kunnen wel een update gebruiken. De kastjes bij de waterkoker hadden vochtplekken en waren erg beschadigd. Badkamer op zich schoon, maar ook hier kan eea vernieuwd worden. Handig gelegen bij de gratis tram die naar het centrum gaat."
