The property is completely remodeled and the space is excellent for the price. It is also very well located, which makes it convenient for exploring the city.
However, the biggest downside is the lack of on-site staff. There are no people to assist with check-in or check-out, as everything is fully automated. When problems arise with the room, you are essentially on your own. In our case, the air conditioning in our room did not work. I called the support number provided and spoke with Mohamed, who informed me that nothing could be done because the air conditioning systems were turned off for the season.
Between the heat and the back-and-forth trying to resolve the issue, the experience felt more like staying in a hostel than in a professionally managed property. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no proper comforter, and the pillows felt like those you would find in a motel.
Overall, despite the modern renovation and good location, this was not the best experience.
