'The only problem was with the check in due to an equipment malfunction. I contacted Am(owner) and she was right on top of it, she had a back up plan ready to go with almost zero wasted time. When there are issues or problems that tells me more about how a service is than when things go right and Am was amazing! I would be happy to rent from her again.
