'The only problem was with the check in due to an equipment malfunction. I contacted Am(owner) and she was right on top of it, she had a back up plan ready to go with almost zero wasted time. When there are issues or problems that tells me more about how a service is than when things go right and Am was amazing! I would be happy to rent from her again. An additional thanks to her for the help when I lost my wallet right around when we checked out.'

'There was minimal staff help, we only got keys from the staff and then no one was there. no breakfast was offered, coffee and water were available. Sterling hotel was not easily found, you have to search the wedding place which was their main purpose. I won't stay there next time.'

'The home was perfect for a quick over night work trip. Communication was great and easy to check in, etc…only downside was the yards were very over grown. We weren’t there long enough to utilize the backyard but it was very over grown as well. Again the home its self was immaculate and clean. Only one small downside'

Communication with the host was smooth with all the info we needed for checkin and checkout. 'Communication with Marco, our host, was always pleasant and very prompt. We had a wonderful stay. Marco’s house was a home away from home. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The arcade games and backyard shared in creating fond memories with my 2 1/2 yr grandson. The couch in the living room has been well-loved. I would switch the couch in the hallway with this one but that would be my only recommendation. I look forward to bringing my family back again.'
