'We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, charming, and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Hugo even helped us get our bags to the port for our cruise. "when we arrived they could not find our reservation - that was unfortunate as we travelled for more than 8 hrs and it took half an hour before they offered us a room anyway .
