'House was clean and great to stay in. Quiet and only 5 min to town. Beds were comfy. There was no coffee, lotion or a blow dryer anywhere in the house. Not a big deal but just for awareness for others. The blow dryer was the biggest inconvenience. My only real complaint is that customer service was terrible. I emailed over a week before our stay to ask about extra dogs, received a reply stating it was an extra 150 for the weekend for one dog. When I responded that’s not what the listing stated...

'The Little Farmhouse worked well for our October visit. It was quiet, even though we shared the grounds with some RVs for some of the time. We especially enjoyed seeing a wide variety of birds out the front window; migrating geese, woodpeckers, bald eagles, and several others. Also, seeing the weather and sun playing withe top of Mt. 'This was possibly one of the best places we ever stayed when booking with vrbo! It was very conveniently located. Walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. The house itself was so well stocked. All kinds of spices, coffee, trash bags, etc. lots of dishes, pots and pans too. The property manager Kristen was so responsive. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. 'We had a great stay, and I appreciated the host's willingness to flex with us to make all work well! A very clean, nicely appointed space inside, and a usable patio and lawn out back that served our visiting grandchildren nicely.Note: the home is on a reservation, about 20 min from any businesses or restaurants. The street is less than pristine and manicured, but is very close to the water. We saw Bald Eagles as we walked the shoreline. Excellent host!!'
