'The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained; dinner and Sunday lunch were excellent; breakfast was spectacular. All the staff were efficient and friendly. Thank you.'

'Lovely place, lovely stay. Room nice and a tasty breakfast.'

'The hotel is very old and has lost the luster of past centuries. There are minimal amenities and the garage is a nightmare to negotiate when full. My room was very basic like an old dorm room but ok for the price. There was no hairdryer. The hotel is in a prime location and convenient for walking about the town.'

'This place is a real gem. Double room at rear of Inn away from main road, Bed very comfortable - lovely bedding. Bathroom very good/clean - would benefit from somewhere to put down toiletry bags etc. beautiful huge white fluffy towels provided. Shower would also benefit from somewhere to put down toiletries etc. Restaurant excellent, lovely ambiance, food plentiful and very good although chips a little too crispy. Staff really welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Car park good. Would...

'Super convenient location. Staff incredibly helpful. Room had everything you needed. We also ate lunch in the pub and it was tasty.'

The room could do with a slight update....e.g. more plug sockets and a bigger...

'Lovely comfortable room. We were able to check in early and given clear instructions to do this. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and it was excellent. We also had dinner the evening we arrived and really enjoyed the varied and interesting menu.'

'Lovely location'

'Staff was very helpful. '

'Good hotel for one night. Room we were in could use some maintenance.'
