The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again. '

'Such a lively space and a lovely host! Roomy private apartment with sunny green, quiet backyard and shady patio space for sitting outdoors in the morning with coffee while the dogs enjoy the yard. Our host Beth was so gracious. She made our stay like being at home. We loved every minute and hope to enjoy the experience again when we come back to visit our family in Broomfield. '
