'It was a very clean nice quiet home. I come to Golden 6 to 8 times a year was staying at Holiday Inn but the rates have skyrocketed so I tried a new place. I will never stay in Holiday Inn again this is half the rate and 100% nicer. The Host were very accommodating and I will surly reach out next time I am in town.'

'Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience.'

'We stayed at Lucien’s place while in town for a friends wedding. It was the perfect location to get around Denver, see Red Rocks, and have some space to relax and decompress. Lucien’s dogs are also very friendly and easy to be around, making one of us with dog allergies very comfortable.'

'Beautiful home . Our family enjoyed the house and hot tub . It was very close to a wedding we attended at Lake Evergreen ! The home was located near many hiking trails . It was a wonderful place to stay !'

'This house was great! I loved the beds (cozy bedding and very comfortable) and the communal spaces. We meet another young family here and both stayed, and it was set up very well for this. The hosts require a LOT of additional rules and regulations. This was fine for us, but could be difficult for other people staying here. Also once we got there there were signs saying to not flush toilet paper, which was surprising. They must be having some plumbing issues, which didn't impact us other than...

'Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood not far from Regis University. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice family dinner. Keurig and drip coffee makers were a plus. Check in and out were super easy. Perfect.'
