Spahotels in Blue Bell

'We got a room without windows, that was awful. The part was in a room without windows. The guests were overall awfull!'

'I think guests should be informed about the incidental hold before arriving for check-in. It was frustrating to find out at the front desk that a $400 hold was required before I could receive my room key. This information should be communicated clearly during the booking process so guests can plan accordingly and come prepared with the appropriate payment card. Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the check-in experience was stressful and could have been much smoother with better communication...

'The Inn was very clean and located in a great area. We would definitely go back again.'

'Breathtaking property definitely luxurious'

'Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable. The air freshener in the lobby was stifling! We could barely breathe. Also, the light switches were difficult to find.'

'Professional staff across the board.'
