'The hotels overall appearance is really nice. The staff was really friendly. The food and drinks on the rooftop were really nice, it’s a shame the pool was closed even when temperatures reached 34 degrees. I know it says that it’s open from June, but when it’s 34 degrees just a week before June, you should just open it really. The rooms look nice and are comfortable, though they are super super noisy and we woke up very early because of al the noise from doors closing and/or housekeeping...

'Het hotel ligt centraal in de wijk Salamanca. 3 metrostations liggen op loopafstand van het hotel. Ontvangst was netjes en beleefd. Door online check in ging dit erg vlot. De kamer is netjes en functioneel ingericht. Het enige nadeel is dat de ramen teveel geluid van buiten binnenlaten wanneer deze gesloten zijn. Hierdoor aan de straatkant veel last gehad van lawaai. Het ontbijt is spectaculair. Veel keuze en zeer goed. In de omgeving van het hotel veel gezellige restaurants en daarnaast...

'The airport shuttle was the biggest convenience in my choice of airports that were close to the airport for an overnight rest between travel destinations. The second choice was the hotel's location to the enormous mall - we didn't have enough time to do much, so wandering around the mall was a simple activity. The friendly staff, clean building and lovely breakfast were a happy bonus! I was offered a room upgrade because reception saw that it was my birthday- a very nice present!'

'Good area, nice breakfast but the pool lacks soul. Where are the people? Where is the staff? Why don't you make this a hip and happening area? There is a bar but there is no bartender and there are very few people... not in the good way. '
