'What a lovely place to stay in Cascais! The staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs. The room was on the smaller side, but did not feel cramped and was well-maintained. Breakfasts are fresh, tasty, and always include fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, pastries/baked goods, juices and a menu of benedicts, avocado toast (with mango!), pancakes, etc. Margarida deserves special mention for her friendliness and great sense of humor!'

We stayed during national blackout day and the staff was unbelievable reactive by organising a free of charge bbq for all the guests. Never experienced that up to now. Rooms were clean as really nice. Pool was not heated but at a nice temperature that allowed to swim and relax a real 5 star hotel level'

'This hotel is great for a holiday of relaxation. It's a bit outside of the city centre of Cascais (but you can still go there by foot) but offers a great view on the ocean and is close to some very good and not that expensive restaurants. The hotel is modern and very clean and the staff is always very friendly.
The road in front of the hotel is sometimes a bit busy but as long as you keep the doors to the balcony shut you don't hear a thing inside.

Kamer en hotel was super en het personeel en de service het allerbeste en cijfer een 11. De lokatie is ook super en vandaar kan je vele dingen doen en slechts in 40 minuten met de trein naar Lissabon voor slechts 5 euro een retour.
Dit is qua service van het personeel absoluut de top of de "bill".
Ik heb nog nooit zo veel vriendelijkheid en servicegerichtheid gezien en ben in vele 5 sterren hotels wereldwijd geweest.

"Heerlijk ruim appartement! Schuifdeuren open en je stapt zo het fantastische zwembad in, er waren altijd genoeg ligbedjes. In het appartement mis je niks, het is ook erg schoon. Supermarkt en fijne bakker om de hoek. In een half uurtje loop je naar de oude stad, een uber kan ook en is heel goedkoop. Vlakbij aan de kust zijn ook hele fijne restaurants (5 min lopen). Fijne contact met eigenaar! Sintra en Lissabon makkelijk te bereiken op tal van manieren. Fietsverhuur in het gebouw."
