'Check in staff is helpful. Didn’t like the fact that my confirmation email said to call if I needed an early check in or late check out but due to shortage of staff that service was unavailable.'

'Going back in time!! Very friendly staff. A great place to stay! Not the modern stuff, no TV at the room! WiFi is ok. Just one hour away from SF. And an whole other world! Like going back to the 60ies!!'

'Great stay'

'This hotel stands all by itself in Tomales so it's hard to miss. It's a well-maintained property that is not staffed. You interact with the property manager through phone. Initially, I struggled to figure out how to access my room. There's a few rooms that have exterior entries; the rest are access through entering the lobby. Room was very cozy; I could have stayed there for a week. Like many who have visited, the cafe/bakery across the street is totally worth a visit or more.'
