'Walking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. '

'So cute! The location is perfect. Close enough to the downtown happenings without being in the middle of it. It's an easy walk to pretty much everything you need. We commented multiple times on how much we loved the look of the room. The colors, the style, and the little touches randomly throughout. Thank you!'

'Very nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very clean. A little noisy during the night from activity on the streets. Some homeless on the surrounding streets caused some feelings of unease but did not stop us from walking in the area.'

We had breakfast in the morning, unlike most “buffet style” meals this had actual juicy fresh fruit, and real bacon:) the beds were great, a little firm but I thought they were comfy and I had a good nights sleep. AND, it smelled great inside, really fresh and clean!'

'The hotel.was beautiful! I did have a couple issues...one being no bars in shower. Very scary taking a shower with nothing to hang on to. Also no rack to put luggage on, so had to lay it on floor.
Other than that, bed was very comfortable.'

We had a water pipe inexplicably burst under our sink at 11 at night. Called front desk and maintenance arrived quickly and guest services moved us to another room.
