'Our host was wonderful to work with, A. Such a unique and beautiful property, we loved it. Super clean and comfortable, it was all we could ask for. The river was a little low for us to use our kayaks, but it was an easy drive over to Rushford Lake. The property is great to walk around and we also hiked along the river. Would highly recommend.'

'What an amazing stay! Will definitely be back with the family and dog next time. Great attention detail (coffee syrup selection, pillows galore, makeup towels, and even dog fitted towels!), quite peaceful surroundings, awesome game room... I could go on! 'Lots of fun games, which was SO important since it drizzled/rained the whole time. No one can control the weather, but for a star gazing trip it couldn't have been worse. The house was comfortable, quiet, serene and well equipped. The only down side were the two staircases with extremely narrow steps. Otherwise this was a 5! Thanks so much, Josh!'

'This was an incredible weekend away for my wife and I. This is one of the cutest cabins I have ever seen. They thought of everything. 'Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!'
