'Everything was great'

'Safe was exceptionally kind and responsive. There was a small issue with the room which the team addressed immediately - even though everyone was very busy - the hotel was sold out that night. The brunch at the on-site restaurant was phenomenal. A great stay. Will be back.'

'The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

'Great stay, the room was clean and quiet and it was in a pretty location with the fields next door. No bugs and didn’t smell like smoke in the non-smoking room we got. Would stay here again 👍'

'Cracks and flakes above my bed and in the bathroom ceiling. View of the pool, that was not in use understandably was bad. Leaves all in the pool area, was not inviting to sit outside because of how it looked. Free breakfast was a joke, all of the juice in the juice machine was out. Coffee was sub, and the pancake machine was down and appeared to have been down for a while. Helpful if staff could speak English and answer questions if you have a question. I would not recommend this hotel. Only...

'As far as hotel rooms go this one was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! Very well appointed , spotless, and had everything you need for a comfy stay. Lots of hooks to hang things, a comfy bed, a magnifying mirror and a great layout. '

'Friendly staff. Clean room and facilities. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Would have given 5 stars except the room could use some improvement: the lighting in our room was poor. The only lighting available on the far side of the room comes from the closet and a reading light, which makes it very challenging at night (I had to use the flashlight from my phone). We also had problems with our television: the first night they replaced the remote but by night 2 the TV would not come on at...
